Our Story

Thank you for visiting our page and learning a little bit about us!  We are Dawson and Ashley Hamm from Russellville Kentucky.  We have two beautiful daughters, Madalyn (4) and Lydia (8 months). For the past 5 years we have been at our local church serving in many different capacities such as Youth Pastor, Hyphen Director, Worship Leader, Drummer, and Director of Communications.  We have been blessed by the leadership and pastoral guidance of Rev. Scott Marshall and Rev. Nathan Whiting.  For the past 2 years we have also served on the Kentucky District Youth Committee as Youth Directors of Section 5.  God has blessed our family to be able serve on the local, and district level but we are excited about this next chapter in our ministry. 

The call of God for Global Missions has been with us since we became married in 2018.  The thought of millions of lost souls all across the world has motivated our prayers and direction.  After years of faithfully serving our local church God opened the doors for us to take our first trip overseas. It was a 16 day trip to Barcelona, Spain.  It was there we took our first steps into Global Missions and felt the hunger and desperate need for laborers in Europe.  Under the guidance of Missionaries Corey and Dawn Beebe we were blessed to minister not only in Spain but also in the micronation of Andorra.  After this trip we came home and sought the Lord for his guidance.  After meeting with our pastors we received their blessing to take our first mission trip as AIMer’s with the United Pentecostal Church International.  We then were introduced by the Regional Director of Europe to Missionaries Stephan and Debra Summers.  Through an initial video call we felt their burden and passion for the nation of Cyprus and it compelled us to pray for God’s guidance.  Through the weeks preceding that call, God gave us a vision and peace to make Cyprus our next destination.  There are 1.2 million souls in Cyprus with only one Apostolic Church.  This is what compels us to go.  We ask that you would partner with us in prayer as we prepare to go and bring the gospel to Cyprus.  Thank you to anyone who can partner with us financially as well to meet our needs and bring our family to the field.  We covet your prayers and support and pray that God would bless you and your family.
